Accessibility Statement

Last updated:

Placeholder — not legal advice. This page is a working outline written for an instructor directory. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel licensed in your state review and replace this text before the site accepts real users.

1. Our aim

We want the instructor directory to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or at a high zoom level. We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

2. What we do

Semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard-operable search and forms, visible focus states, and colour contrast checked against the AA thresholds.

3. Known gaps

This site has not yet had a formal accessibility audit. List real, known issues here once one has been carried out — an unqualified claim of full compliance is itself a legal risk.

4. Accessible instruction

Accessibility needs relating to a lesson — vehicle adaptations, communication support, extra time — must be discussed directly with the instructor, who is an independent provider.

5. Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site blocks you, email YOUR-CONTACT-EMAIL describing the page and what happened. We aim to respond within YOUR-RESPONSE-WINDOW business days.
